Job Responsibilities

• Liaison with Claim surveyors both Motor & Non-Motor, Medical and others related team.
• Re- Check and verify client information with claim Data system and Claim supporting documents. 
• In-putting to Data file and proceed Claim Cash payment after having final proof of Negotiation from Manager Senior officer. Indicate Claim amount "Net claim “.
• Request Claim Cash Payment advance to finance Department within claim Time Frame.
• Communicate with Client or 3rd Party or Clinics/Hospital or Garage for Claim Payment.
•  Keep reporting to Finance department of claim CLOSED and exchange report cash advance.
•  Communicate and circulate progressive or update information to the team and team work.
• Other task is assigned by management
