The tasks and duties are assigned as follows:


  • Promote company products to the customers.
  • Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
  • Follow up on prospects and build relationships with customers for up-selling.
  • Participate sales product promotion campaigns.
  • Build good relationships with clients and partners for business development.
  • Provides advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
  • Conduct training and presentations to clients/partners.
  • Achieve revenue targets set out by management.
  • Undertake any other projects from time to time.
  • Perform joint appointments whenever needed.


Other requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in sales and marketing or relevant
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, insurance field is a plus
  • Excellent influence, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic and innovative thinking and comfort dealing with ambiguity and challenges
  • Execution focused and delivery excellence.
  • Strong technical skills, coupled with the ability to write and present business cases
