The tasks and duties are assigned as follows:
- Promote company products to the customers.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Follow up on prospects and build relationships with customers for up-selling.
- Participate sales product promotion campaigns.
- Build good relationships with clients and partners for business development.
- Provides advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
- Conduct training and presentations to clients/partners.
- Achieve revenue targets set out by management.
- Undertake any other projects from time to time.
- Perform joint appointments whenever needed.
Other requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in sales and marketing or relevant
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, insurance field is a plus
- Excellent influence, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic and innovative thinking and comfort dealing with ambiguity and challenges
- Execution focused and delivery excellence.
- Strong technical skills, coupled with the ability to write and present business cases
